- Screencasting is the process of recording video and audio of what is
done on the screen
(e.g. www.khanacademy.org/ ,
www.knightmath.com/videos
)
- Download DoodlecastPro from the App store
- www.doodlecastpro.com
- Start New Doodlecast
- Add any images you want to use

- Change background if desired
- Pre-write anything that you
want to have prepared
- Add pages as needed

- Hit the record button and begin talking and writing.
- It works best to use a stylus
- Use the arrow to point out
what you are talking about.
- You can change colors
of the pointer and pens.

- When you are finished, stop the recording and publish it by clicking the
share icon
- Opt 1: Save it to your iPad
- Opt 2: Email it – long videos will not email well
- Opt 3: YouTube – Upload it directly to your YouTube account. (Use largest file size for this)
- Opt 4: Dropbox – A very useful cloud storage tool for sharing files
among your computers.
